Receta Mango, Melon and Raspberry Salad (or dessert)
fresh grated ginger, lime juice and zest, sugar or splenda
Ingredientes
- 1 melon (cantaloupe or honeydew) cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2 ripe red mangos peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 pt raspberries
- pinch cayenne
- 4 tsp lime zest (I use a microplane for fine, easy zesting)
- juice from 3 or 4 limes
- 4 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 8 tsp sugar or bulk splenda
Direcciones
- Combine splenda, zest and cayenne in a large bowl
- Toss melon, mangos and ginger with the splenda mixture
- Stir in raspberries
- Stir in lime juice to taste
- Can be served as a salad or as dessert
