Receta Marlin With Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 x Lemon, thinly slice
- 2 x Marlin steaks, halve, 12 ounce each
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Oil-pk tomatoes, drain, chop
- 2 Tbsp. Oil, reserved
- 1 tsp Dry rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
- 1 cl Garlic
Direcciones
- Place lemon in 10" micro-safe baking dish; arrange Marlin on top.
- Combine 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and the 2 Tablespoons oil from tomatoes; pour over fish.
- Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Let stand covered at room temperature 1 hour. Process tomatoes, garlic and remaining extra virgin olive oil in blender to create paste. Cover fish with microwave-safe plastic wrap, turn back 1 corner, and micro HIGH 4 min. Spread tomato paste over fish.
- Cover with wrap, turn backk 1 corner and micro 1 minute. Let stand covered 1 minute. (wrv)
