- 3/4 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar (about 4 3/4 c. sifted)
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 pound flaked coconut (about 4 c.)
- Nuts, if you like
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce) semi sweet chocolate pcs
- 5 x 3 wax (melted over warm water)
Direcciones
- Put together ingredients and drop by tsp on wax paper. Roll into balls, chill till hard. Dip ball in chocolate mix with tongs. Place on waxed paper. Place in refrigerator.
- Stir till blended.
