- 12 Large eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp. of sugar per egg yolk, 1 1/2 c.
- 1 tbsp. bourbon per egg, 3/4 c.
Direcciones
- Beat egg yolks, sugar and bourbon till fluffy. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold egg whites into yolk mix. Beat 2 pints whipping cream and fold into mix. Good. Good.
