Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 2 c. canned pumpkin (if fresh leave off most water)
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. pecans or possibly black walnuts
Direcciones
- Put sifted flour and dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Mix all remaining ingredients in flour till smooth. Bake in 2 large loaf pans for 1 hour at 350 degrees, 325 degrees for glass pans.
- Cut slice loaves across and then lengthwise and make sandwiches with cream cheese filling.
