- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. ICE water
- Bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs. Brush on chicken with a pastry brush. Dip in bread crumbs. Fry in warm Crisco till browned on all sides. Finish cooking by baking in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour till tender.
