Receta Mary Jo's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 ripe mashed bananas
- 2 Large eggs, beaten (room temp.)
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Beat oil and sugar together. Add in Large eggs and bananas and beat well. Add in dry ingredients, lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add in minced nuts
- Flour lightly and grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 1 hour, remove and cold.
