Receta Mary's Greek Salad
Ingredientes
- 1 bunch leaf lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 teaspoon fresh minced dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cut lettuce, tomatoes and scallions as you would for regular salad. Put into large bowl. Add in salt, pepper and dill; mix together. Mix extra virgin olive oil and juice in container. Shake well and pour over salad. Toss lightly and serve. Serves 4 people.
