Receta Maryland Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lbs. broiler chicken (cut up)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 c. cracker crumbs or possibly plain bread crumbs
- Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper in bag. Coat chicken with flour mix. Blend Large eggs and water, dip chicken, coat with crumbs. Use skillet to fry chicken in vegetable oil till light brown. Cover and reduce heat to simmer, till chicken is tender. Remove cover for 5 min to crisp.
