- 1 Tbsp. Diced green chilies
- 2 x Chopped garlic cloves
- 2 c. Tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh minced chives
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh tarragon
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh thyme
- 2 tsp Sugar Salt and pepper
