Receta Matzo Farfel Granola

Ingredientes
- 2 c. matzo farfel
- 1 c. unpeeled almonds cut in half
- 1/2 c. shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. diced dry apricots
Direcciones
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly oil the foil.
- Combine the farfel, almonds and coconut in a large bowl. Pour in the honey and oil and mix well. Spread the mix on the baking sheet.
- Bake till golden, 20 min, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a platter and cold. Add in the raisins and apricots and toss well.
- This recipe yields about 4 c..
