Receta Farfel Cups

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Matzo farfel, or possibly 6 matzos,broken
- 1/3 c. Margarine, or possibly less
- 1/2 c. Onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Celery, chopped
- 1 x Carrot, grated
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Chicken soup pwdr
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Warm water
- 1 c. Nuts, coarsely minced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry veggies in margarine until tender. Add in farfel and toast lightly.
- Combine seasonings, soup mix and water and add in. Add in nuts. Form into c., using a 1/3 c. measure. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake about 20 minutes. at 375F.
