Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb Lean grnd beef
  • 3/4 c. Coarsely grnd peeled potatoes
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced green bell pepper
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 1 c. Tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Shape into four patties. In a skillet over Medium heat, brown the patties in oil; drain. Add in tomato juice. Reduce heat; simmer 20-25 min or possibly till meat is no longer pink.
  2. Remove patties to a serving patter; keep hot. Combine flour and water; gradually add in to juice in the skillet. Cook over Medium-Low heat, stirring constantly till thickened. Spoon over patties. Serve immediately.
