  1. Saute/fry cabbage and onion in oil for 5 min. Add in carrots and garlic till brown. Cold to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beef, Large eggs, bread crumbs, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, water, and vinegar in bowl. Add in vegetables; mix well.
  2. Shape into loaf in pan. Cover with foil and bake for 30 min. Uncover for another 30 min more baking. Let rest before serving for 15 min.
