  • 2 x raw white potatoes
  • 1 c. onions, minced
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly wheat germ
  • 1 c. pecans (or possibly walnuts or possibly sunflower seeds)
  • 2 x well-beaten Large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt, unless you added tamari
  • 1 dsh pepper basil or possibly your favorite "meat loaf" spices
  • 1 tsp mustard.

Direcciones

  1. Preheat over to 350.
  2. Put potatoes, onions, nuts, and bread through a food processor so it is all grnd up, like meat loaf. Mix these ingredients well, then add in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Put in well-greased loaf pan and bake till 1 hour or possibly till hard.
  4. Stays hard when cool, so it is very good for meatloaf sandwiches.
