Receta Meatless Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 2 x raw white potatoes
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly wheat germ
- 1 c. pecans (or possibly walnuts or possibly sunflower seeds)
- 2 x well-beaten Large eggs
- 1 tsp salt, unless you added tamari
- 1 dsh pepper basil or possibly your favorite "meat loaf" spices
- 1 tsp mustard.
Direcciones
- Preheat over to 350.
- Put potatoes, onions, nuts, and bread through a food processor so it is all grnd up, like meat loaf. Mix these ingredients well, then add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Put in well-greased loaf pan and bake till 1 hour or possibly till hard.
- Stays hard when cool, so it is very good for meatloaf sandwiches.
