  • 1 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1/2 lb bulk sausage meat I like spicy so I would use chorizo or possibly warm Italian
  • 1 jar salsa (1 ounce.) (1 to 8)
  • 1 x block processed cheese (2 lb.) cubed such as Velveeta
  • 2 x green onions sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning optional

Direcciones

  1. Heat a skillet and brown the meats, crumbling them up well as they cook. Drain off the fat, and then add in the green onion. and saute/fry for 3 min. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir to heat through and heat the cheese. Serve hot with nacho, tortilla or possibly corn chips.
  2. Yield 4 1/2 c.
