Receta Mesquite Barbecue Melts

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Hormel Always Tender Mesquite Barbecue Flavored center-cut pork loin filet (abt 1 3/4 lbs)
- 1 med red onion cut thin rings
- 1 lrg red bell pepper cut thin rings
- 6 x Kaiser rolls with sesame seeds split and toasted
- 6 slc Sharp Cheddar cheese - (1 ounce ea)
Direcciones
- Prepare pork as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, saute/fry onion till softened and slightly golden brown; about 8 min.
- Once roast has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees, remove from oven and let stand for 5 - 10 min before slicing.
- Slice filet into 1/4-inch thick slices. Top bottom half of toasted Kaiser rolls with, cheese, followed by the sliced filet, sliced red pepper, onions and remaining roll halves.
- If you like, serve with dill pickle spears.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
