Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 c. onion (minced)
- 1 can tomato sauce (16 ounce.)
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. sliced olives
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice Tortilla chips
Direcciones
- Brown beef with onions in large skillet, breaking beef into small pcs. Stir in tomato sauce, water, olives and chili pwdr. Bring to full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. Serve with tortilla chips.
