Receta Mexican Fideo

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Of oil
- 4 x Coils of fideo ( coil vermicelli) use the ones which come in a Yellow box
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Canned tomato sauce
- 3 c. Water
Direcciones
- Salt, pepper
- Heat oil, add in fideo and cook till lightly browned. Add in onion and cook till tender. Add in garlic, tomato sauce and water and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 min.
- Thats the plain version...we always added grnd beef to ours....we would fry it on the side...then add in the cook, liquid removed beef when you add in the garlic etc.
- Real good.!
