Receta Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 3/4 c. (3 ounce) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T flour
- 1 teaspoon basil, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Cut wings at joints. Put together cheese, flour and seasoning in plastic bag. Dip chicken in lowfat milk. Add in several pcs at a time to cheese mix. Shake to coat.Place on greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Pour butter over chicken. Bake 400 degrees 15 min. Turn chicken and bake 20 min.
