Receta Mexican Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 15 ounce Cooked beans, Mexican style
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce
- 4 ounce Minced green chiles
- 1 pkt Taco seasoning mix
- 6 x 8-inch flour tortillas
- 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown beef and onions. Drain. Stir in the canned beans
- (Mexican spicy) tomato sauce, chiles and taco seasoning. Mix. Layer half the tortillas on the bottom of an 11- by 7- inch backing pan. Spread half the meat mix over and sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat.
- Bake at 350F for 30 min and let stand 10 min before cutting and serving.
- NOTES : This is not too warm or possibly spicy, depends on that beans you buy.
- If you want spicy - try the buritto seasoning mix.
