Ingredientes
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 c. minced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 lg. can tomatoes, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. minced cheese
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- Saltines
Direcciones
- Brown onions and pepper in butter. Add in the tomatoes and simmer. Add in seasonings and cheese and simmer till cheese melts. Gradually add in beaten Large eggs and simmer till thickened. Serve on saltines. Serves 4-6.
