Receta Mexican Style Cheese Strata

Ingredientes
- 4 c. cheese flavored tortilla chips, broken
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 ounce.)
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (4 ounce.) minced green chile
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 3 tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon warm bottled pepper sauce
- While tortilla chips (optional)
Direcciones
- Sprinkle broken chips proportionately over greased 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. In bowl mix with rotary beater, Large eggs, lowfat milk, green chile, onion, catsup, salt, pepper sauce. Pour over cheese in dish. Cover and chill overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 50-55 min or possibly till set and browned.
