Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Yellow cornmeal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Salad oil
- 1 c. Cream style corn
- 3 x Minced Jalapeno chiles
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Grated cheese
Direcciones
- Beat together Large eggs, salad oil & lowfat sour cream. Add in other ingredients except cheese. Pour half batter in pan, add in layer of cheese, then pour remaining batter over cheese. Put rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
