I designed this recipe as an alternative to burritos or tacos, to change up a little. My kids LOVED it!

  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 6 burrito size flour tortillas
  • 1 (31 oz) can refried beans
  • 1 (10 oz) container Queso-Melt cheese dip (can also buy American white cheese & melt with milk to make this.It's like the restaurant cheese dip. I find it with the specialty cheeses at the grocery store)

  • Toppings:
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Sour Cream
  • Lettuce/Tomato
  • Salsa
  • Jalepenos
  • Etc

Direcciones

  1. Brown ground chuck. Add taco seasoning as directed on package.
  2. Spray a 9 X 13 casserole with cooking spray.
  3. Layer 2 large burrito flour tortillas, 1/2 the can of refried beans, 1/2 the meat mixture, and drizzle 1/3 of the cheese dip.
  4. Repeat layer
  5. Top with 2 tortillas
  6. Bake at 350° for 15 min.
  7. Drizzle remaining cheese dip on top while hot.
  8. Serve with desired toppings.

    This was great. I of course used ground chicken, and I added shredded cheese, and I added green onions. My kids loved this as well, and they are super picky!
