Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- Additional powdered sugar to roll cookies in
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter, add in sugar and cream again. Add in vanilla and dry ingredients. Mix by hand with a wooden spoon. Dough should be stiff sufficient to roll in palm of hand. Take pcs of dough the size of a small walnut, roll and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
