Receta Miami Vice Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 ounce. unsweetened chocolate
- 7 ounce. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon dry instant coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounce. chocolate chips
- 2 c. broken walnuts
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate and butter. Cold. Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt. Beat Large eggs, sugar, coffee and vanilla. Beat in chocolate. Fold in dry ingredients till moistened. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Put wax paper on a cookie sheet. Form dough into a roll and freeze about an hour.
- Slice in 3/4 inch slices. Let hot to room temperature about 20 min before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 min, NO LONGER. After baking, let cold a few min on cookie sheets as they will be too soft to remove.
- Serves 13.
