Receta Microwave Duluth Beef Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless beef chuck
- 16 ounce Refrigerated sauerkraut or possibly
- 1 can (1 lb)
- 1/2 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp Cracked black pepper
- 3/4 c. Plus
- 2 Tbsp. Dark brown sugar
- 1 med Onion, sliced
- 1 x Tart apple, sliced
- 1 can Stewedtomatoes (14 1/2 ounce.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Instant blending flour
Direcciones
- Trim excess fat from meat. Cut into 1-inch cubes. Place meat in microsafe dish. Cover. Microwave at HIGH (100%) power for 5 min. Drain sauerkraut well in sieve, pressing with spoon to remove excess liquid.
- Spread sauerkraut over beef. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Add in bay leaf and pepper. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add in onion and apple. Pour tomatoes over all. Cover. Microwave @ MEDIUM (50%) power for 20 min, stirring every 10 min. Sprinkle with instant blending flour. Stir. Cover. Microwave at HIGH power for 2 min. Stir. Serve.
