Ingredientes
- Â Â cooked pasta al dente, rinsed
- Â Â with cool water and liquid removed
- Â Â broccoli florets and stems, optional
- Â Â cauliflower
- Â Â mushroom sliced
- Â Â green onion minced
- Â Â red, green, and yellow bell peppers sliced
- Â Â carrots sliced
- Â Â cilantro minced
- Â Â snow peas cut in pcs
- Â Â waterchestnuts liquid removed
- Â Â canned kidney beans rinsed and liquid removed
- Â Â corn liquid removed
- Â Â canned garbanzo Beans rinsed and liquid removed
- Â Â green beans liquid removed
- Â Â shrimp cooked, optional
- Â Â nonfat italian salad dressing

- One of the easiest is pasta primevera that you can add in shrimp to and portions are adjustable - ingredients are variable depending on what you have available - also, use a plastic bag to mix & transport, a tall kitchen bag is good (you also have a good trash bag after you pour the ingredients into a big bowl).
- Put all ingredients into plastic bag.
- Note: if you do not have some of the fresh veggies available - there's a number of frzn variety packs which can be thawed & used
- add in 1 bottle (lo/no fat) Italian dressing
- twist the top of the bag and, while holding the bag with one hand, use the other hand to "stir" the ingredients together
- keep in bag & keep refrigerated (use a cooler) till you're ready to serve
- just before serving, mix the salad one more time to redistribute everything, then "pour" into large serving bowl - garnish with parsley or possibly cilantro springs
