Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef, crumbled
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag tortilla chips, crumbled
- 4 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef in glass baking dish in microwave on high for 5 min, stirring till crumbly; drain. Add in Rotel and soup, mixing well. Layer half the chips, half the grnd beef mix and half the cheese in glass casserole. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Microwave on high for 10-12 min. Makes 6 servings.
