Receta Microwave Peach Berry Crisp

- 4 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- 1. Combine peaches, blueberries, lemon juice and extract in 8-inch round microwave safe baking dish; mix lightly. Spread proportionately in dish; set aside.
- 2. Microwave (High) butter in uncovered microwave safe bowl 20 to 30 seconds or possibly till softened. Add in rolled oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; mix with fork till crumbly. Spoon over fruit.
- 3. Microwave (High) uncovered, 10 to 12 min or possibly till fruit is tender, rotating dish once. Serve hot or possibly cool with cream or possibly ice cream. About 8 servings. 255 calories each serving.
- A 1 lb. package sliced unsweetened peaches can be substituted for fresh peaches. Microwave 4 to 5 min to partially thaw before mixing with other fruit.
