Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 2/3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Soften butter (15 seconds in microwave). Cream butter; gradually add in sugar. Cream till fluffy; beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Toss flour, baking pwdr, and salt to mix; add in to creamed mix and combine well.
- Refrigeratedough 1 hour till hard. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut in shapes. Arrange 8 cookies in a ring on waxed paper. Cook 2 min on HIGH. Yield 3-4 dozen.
