Receta Microwave Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef, lean
- 1 c. minced potatoes (bake potatoes first, then chop and add in to soup)
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 10 ounce. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 pkg. Lipton tomato and onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 16 ounce. tomato sauce
- 6 c. water
Direcciones
- Use a 5 qt microwave proof dish. Microwave meat on HIGH POWER for 4-5 min or possibly till meat is no longer pink. Stir halfway through cooking time. Drain. Add in potatoes, onions, celery, mixed vegetables, soup mix, 1/4 c. water and all seasonings. Stir. Cover. Microwave on HIGH POWER for 15 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. Stir in 6 c. water and tomato sauce. Microwave at HIGH POWER again for another 15 min. This soup freezes well. Any soup or possibly chili recipe can be prepared in same manner as above.
