  1. Bring butter, sugar and lowfat milk to a full rolling boil in heavy 4 qt saucepan, stirring constantly.Boil 5 min over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  2. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate chips till melted. Add in remaining ingredients; beat till well blended. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Cool, cut into squares.
  3. Makes 6 lb of fudge.
