Receta Mamie's Million Dollar Fudge

Ingredientes
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 dsh salt
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk - (12 ounce)
- 1 pkt semisweet chocolate chips - (12 ounce)
- 12 ounce sweet baking chocolate broken into pcs
- 2 c. marshmallow cream
- 2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
Direcciones
- Grease a 13- by 9-inch baking pan. Set aside.
- Combine the sugar, butter, salt and lowfat milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 6 min, stirring occasionally.
- Combine the semisweet and sweet chocolate, marshmallow cream and nuts in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the sugar mix over the chocolate and beat till the chocolate is melted. Turn into the baking pan.
- Cold the fudge till hard, several hrs. Cut the fudge into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container.
- This recipe yields 117 pcs.
