Receta Mimi's Bread Pudding (Lois Comeaux)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 x Long loaf french bread
- 12 ounce Evaporated Lowfat milk
- 12 ounce Water
- 3 x Beaten Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 ounce Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Flour-dusted raisins
- 2 x Bananas
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Jigger of whiskey or possibly rum
Direcciones
- Soak the bread in the evaporated lowfat milk and water for about a half hour. Add in the Large eggs, sugar, vanilla, raisins, ans bananas. bake at 350 deg.F for 45 minutes to an Hour. Serve warm or possibly cool with Whiskey Sauce.
