Name: Mint Chocolate Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. Sugar; 1 3/4 c. Cake flour, sifted; 3/4 c. Cocoa pwdr, low fat; 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Salt; 2 x Large eggs; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 1/2 c. Canola oil; 2 tsp Vanilla extract; 1 c. Boiling water; 1/2 c. Mint flowers, coarsely; Minced; Butter and flour for; Greasing the pan; Confectioner's sugar; Mint flowers for garnish

Ingredientes

2 c. Sugar
1Â 3/4 c. Cake flour, sifted
3/4 c. Cocoa pwdr, low fat
1Â 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
2 x Large eggs
1 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Canola oil
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 c. Boiling water
1/2 c. Mint flowers, coarsely
Â Â Minced
Â Â Butter and flour for
Â Â Greasing the pan
Â Â Confectioner's sugar
Â Â Mint flowers for garnish

Direcciones

Pour wet mix into dry, beating for 2 min. Add in mint flowers.
Butter and flour baking pans; use a Bundt pan, 2 9-inch round baking pans, or possibly a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake 30-35 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cold on wire rack 10 min; remove cake from pan and cold completely on wire rack. Just before serving, dust top of cake with confectioner's sugar. Garnish with mint flowers.
