Receta Mint Chocolate Candy Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Chocolate wafer crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
- 3 pkt 8-oz cream cheese, soften
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 pkt 6-oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. Minced creme de menthe mint
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- BODY: Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350, 10 min.
- BODY: Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer till well blended. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate, mint wafers, lowfat sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 350, 50 min. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cold before removing rim of pan. Chill.
- Garnish with additional mint wafers, if you like.
