  • 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 8 ounce. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. 10X powdered sugar
  • 16 ounce. container Cold Whip
  • 6 ounce. pkg. chocolate INSTANT pudding
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. chocolate almond bar

Direcciones

  1. Using pastry blender mix butter, flour, and nuts till crumbly. Pat gently into a 9 x 13 inch pan or possibly two 8 inch round pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Allow crust to cold.
  2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 of the Cold Whip. Carefully spread mix on top of crust.
  3. Mix instant pudding and lowfat milk and spread on top of cream cheese layer. Spread remainder of Cold Whip on top of pudding layer. If you like, garnish with grated chocolate almond bar.
