Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Sweet baking chocolate
- 1 stk butter
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 x 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie crust
- 1 pt Vanilla ice cream
Direcciones
- Heat choclate and butter in heavy pan over low heat. Beat Large eggs. Add in corn syrup, sugar and vanilla. Add in egg mix to chocolate mix. Pour into pie crust. Bake 35-40 min at 350. Top will be cracked and filling will be soft. Cold to room temperature. Serve with ice cream.
