Ingredientes
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb potatoes
- Tomato sauce or home canned tomatoes(crushed tomatoes)
- Store bought is fine.
- salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Drain the fat.
- Wash & peel the potatoes.
- Cut potatoes into small cubes.
- Put all ingredients in a kettle or sauce pot.
- Simmer for a few hours til the potatoes are tender.
- It tastes better the next day.
- Good to serve with thick slices of fresh bread.
