Ingredientes
- 1 c. Lemon-lime soda
- 1 pkt Gelatin, peach flavor 3 ounce.
- 1 c. Applesauce
- 1 c. Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Peaches, minced, peeled
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, bring soda to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin till dissolved. Add in applesauce. Refrigeratetill mix mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. In a mixing bowl, whip cream with sugar, nutmeg and vanilla till stiff. Fold into gelatin mix along with the peaches.
- Transfer to a 1 - 1/2 quart. glass bowl. Refrigeratetill hard.
