  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 ounce semisweet chocolate pcs
  • 1/3 c. minced nuts
  •     Whipped cream, optional
  •     Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil and unsweetened chocolate in 8x8x2 inch baking pan in oven till chocolate is melted, about 4 min.
  2. Add in water, sugar, egg, flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla.
  3. Beat with fork till smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  4. Scrape pan with rubber spatula and spread proportionately in pan.
  5. Sprinkle with semisweet chocolate and nuts.
  6. Bake 40 min or possibly till pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cold.
  8. Serve with whipped cream if you like.
