Receta Mix Easy Pan Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1Â 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 ounce semisweet chocolate pcs
- 1/3 c. minced nuts
- Â Â Whipped cream, optional
- Â Â Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Direcciones
- Heat oil and unsweetened chocolate in 8x8x2 inch baking pan in oven till chocolate is melted, about 4 min.
- Add in water, sugar, egg, flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla.
- Beat with fork till smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
- Scrape pan with rubber spatula and spread proportionately in pan.
- Sprinkle with semisweet chocolate and nuts.
- Bake 40 min or possibly till pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cold.
- Serve with whipped cream if you like.
