Receta Mixed Berry Crumble

Ingredientes
- 5 c. mixed fresh raspberries and blueberries
- 1/2 c. sugar plus
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. unbleached flour plus
- 1 Tbsp. unbleached flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lrg egg lightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter melted
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine berries, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp. flour. Toss gently to coat proportionately. Place berry mix in 8-inch square baking dish and set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine remaining 1 c. flour, remaining 2/3 c. sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Using fork, mix well. Make well in center of flour mix, add in egg and stir just till flour is moistened. When egg is absorbed, use your fingers to blend. Mix will look like moist sand.
- Sprinkle flour mix proportionately over berries. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake till top is lightly browned and filling is bubbly, about 40 min. Transfer to wire rack and cold slightly. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
