Name: Moist Carrot Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 2 c. Brown sugar; 3 tsp Cinnamon; 2 tsp Baking soda; 1 c. Minced walnuts; 4 x Large eggs; 1 tsp Salt; 1 c. Oil; 3 c. Grated carrot; 100 gm Cream cheese; 50 gm Butter; 1 tsp Vanilla essence; 2 c. Icing sugar

Ingredientes

2 c. Flour
2 c. Brown sugar
3 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking soda
1 c. Minced walnuts
4 x Large eggs
1 tsp Salt
1 c. Oil
3 c. Grated carrot
100 gm Cream cheese
50 gm Butter
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 c. Icing sugar

Direcciones

Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl. Add in 1 c. oil and beaten Large eggs then grated carrot and walnuts. Mix well. Pour into baking tin. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour. To make icing mix together the following:
100gm cream cheese 50 gm butter 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 c. icing sugar
