Receta Mom's Sweet Potatoes

Ingredientes
- Desired number of sweet potatoes or possibly yams
- Brown sugar
- Minced walnuts
- Mini marshmallows
- butter, cubed
Direcciones
- Cook potatoes in skins till tender (steam or possibly boil). Let cold and peel. Slice thin. Layer in baking dish beginning with potatoes. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar, nuts, cut up butter and marshmallows. Repeat with potatoes, sugar, nuts, etc. Do about 3 layers, ending with marshmallows. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Can make the day before.
