Ingredientes
- 2 c. Creole seasoning
- 2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 x bone-in rib-eye steaks - (14 to 15 ounce)
- 4 tsp -bone steaks - (14 to 15 ounce)
- 4 x top sirloin steaks - (14 to 15 ounce)
- 2 c. Bearnaise Sauce see * Note
- 2 c. Emeril's Worcestershire Sauce warm, see * Note
- Â Â (or possibly use store bought)
- 2 c. Mushroom Demi-Glace warm
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Creole seasoning and the oil. Mix well. Smear each steak with the rub. Allow the steaks to sit for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 6 to 8 min on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the grill and let rest for at least 5 min before serving. Serve the steaks with the sauce of your choice.
- This recipe yields 12 large steak servings.
