Receta Mori Nu Lite Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 pkt (12.3 ounce each) of Mori-Nu Lite Extra-Hard tofu
- 2 c. Cooked pumpkin (can used canned)
- 2/3 c. Sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Grnd cloves
Direcciones
- Drain tofu and blend in a food processor or possibly blender till smooth. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into a 9" pie pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for approximately 1 hour. Filling will be soft, but will hard up as it chills. Refrigerateand serve.
- Makes 1 pie (8 servings).
