Receta Mother's Banana Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour (self rising)
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 bananas
- 4 c. vanilla wafers
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients in boiler, mixing well. Stir over burner on low till thickened. Layer vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding ending with crushed vanilla wafers for topping. Serves 4 to 6.
