Receta Mozzarella And Tomato Salad

Ingredientes
- 175 gm (6 ounce) mozzarella cheese (best quality you can find)
- 300 gm (10 ounce) hard ripe tomatoes
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 1 bn Basil (or possibly to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. Or possibly more extra virgin olive oil (mix of regular and extra virgin)
- 1 tsp Oregano (optional)
Direcciones
- Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes and arrange alternating slices in a serving dish. Season with salt and plenty of pepper, tear the basil leaves into pcs over the salad and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and the oregano, if desired. (personally I also like a splash of red wine vinegar with this.)
